Compare Inspection Software is owned and operated by Inspector Network, LLC — the same company behind Inspector Studio, a home inspection software platform.

Yes, that means we are a competitor to many of the platforms listed on this site. We believe you should know that upfront.

We built this resource because we're home inspectors ourselves, and we've personally used, tested, and evaluated the software that runs this industry. We know how hard it is to make an informed decision when every platform's own website claims to be the best. We wanted a single place where inspectors can see real feature comparisons, honest pricing breakdowns, and straightforward assessments — including of our own product.

We don't fabricate weaknesses for other platforms, and we don't hide our own. Every feature comparison, score, and assessment on this site is based on publicly available information, published documentation, and real-world experience with these tools.

• Competitor strengths are acknowledged. Where another platform excels — whether it's HIP's offline capability or Horizon's illustrations — we say so.
